Who are the Justin Fashanu All-Stars?
Ending Homophobia
Indoor Football Match
Workshop

Through education The Justin Campaign challenges the stereotypes and misconceptions that exist around gay and bisexual men & women in football, affecting both individual reaction to and overall opinion surrounding the visibility of LGBT (Lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgendered) people both on and off the pitch.

We provide engaging, open and honest workshops that look at what it means to be LGBT, raise the profile of the LGBT sporting arena and discuss the damaging impact and effect of homophobia in sport. Dealing with the history and complex mechanics of homophobia in football. Including the far reaching effects of the universal masculine stereotype and its effect on how people perceive and accept male togetherness and bonding. In the hope that by furthering understanding we can limit further prejudice and discrimination.

These unique and innovative workshops help create a safe and fun space in which students and adults alike are able to feel comfortable discussing homophobia and their opinion on a range of LGBT issues. Helping people develop a deeper understanding of equality and an appreciation of how their individual actions impact on other people around them.

The majority of people rarely have the opportunity to discuss the issue of sexuality frankly with their peers. The Justin Campaign believe that by confronting the issue of homophobia as a group and sharing opinions and ideas as a collective helps relieve some of the unnecessary tension and confusion that surrounds sexuality and gender.
